Summer Screen School is an exciting and dynamic filmmaking programme designed to encourage young people to participate in filmmaking activities.  The programme invites young people to spend a week at fps media’s studios in Motherwell learning the various aspects of video production including scriptwriting, storyboarding, camera operation, sound recording, lightning, directing, special effects, editing and drama.

During the week long programme participants have the opportunity to write, direct and film their own short movie.  Summer Screen School also lets you get your hands on the latest in digital equipment including Sony high definition cameras, stereo sound kits and the latest in digital editing software.
